Vane Rebuild
One of our chiller technicians finishing up a vane repair on a Trane CVHF1270 chiller. These vanes were getting stuck at a certain position, preventing full load from being accomplished by the chiller. After replacing all of the bearings that the vanes rotate in our tech reassembled the chiller and finished the repair. Problems like this can be found early with a proper preventative maintenance schedule for chiller systems and lead to less costly repairs.
