Turn-key chiller installation for a Central Florida school district. Replaced an older Carrier with a larger air-cooled Carrier chiller. Project required reconfiguration of piping, electrical and structural modification for the larger footprint. One of many chillers taken care of under a full-maintenance chiller contract.
